Characterology - Masochistic

ARREST OF DEVELOPMENT	Autonomy stage, age 2 Independence suppressed.
TRAUMA	Crushing invasion. Overcontrol by mother. Forced feeding and evacuation. Humiliated/shamed about bodily processes.
PROBABLE PAST LIVES	Controlled, trapped, not allowed to express self. Suffered imprisonment, slavery, political or religious control. Had to submit.
MAIN ISSUE	Being invaded or controlled which results in humiliation. Essence "stolen". Often the child's first creative attempts at self-expression were thwarted; as when the parent finishes sentences for the stuttering child.
DEFENSIVE ACTIONS	Essence hidden and protected deep inside, not shown to others. The unique essence of the child retreats deep inside the body. Builds massive physical fortress to keep out  invaders. Auric boundaries undeveloped -- porous. Afraid to act on own, stays hidden or seeks permission to come out.
SELF-NEGATION PROCESS	I am yours.

ADJUSTMENT PROCESS EGO COMPROMISE I'll live without asserting my independence and contact the world through overcompliance . CHARACTERISTIC BEHAVIOR Pleasing, self-sacrificing, self-deprecating, ambivalence, whining, passive provocation. EGO IDEAL I want to be good. ILLUSION OF CONTRADICTION I will be loved as long as I am good. ILLUSION OF RELEASE I will be crushed and humiliated.
MUSCULAR HOLDING PATTERN	Energy is stagnant, held. Holding in with thighs, pelvic floor, throat, neck face (smile). Suffering eyes. Muscles not for action, but for holding.
NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF DEFENSIVE ACTIONS	Actions make physical world seem like a prison. Creations get stuck inside, unable to express self. Physically heavy and compacted. Held spite and rage.
SELF-AFFIRMATION	I have a right to be assertive. I am free!

PHYSICAL & ENERGETIC SYSTEMS PHYSICAL BUILD Muscles for holding, not action. Body harmonious, although lower half of body proportionally larger than upper half. Rounded back/heavy shoulders. Prefers security over movement. Strong, heavy body. ENERGY PATTERNS Charged and compressed energy. Stagnant. Unstructured levels charged. Structured levels less developed. Field large but porous. Retreats deep inside body. 4th Chakra: large. 3rd Chakra: overused, cords entangled. Aggression turned inward. Bio-plasmic streamers.
