PART 1 2 3 >>

Characterology - Masochistic

ARREST OF DEVELOPMENT Autonomy stage, age 2
Independence suppressed
TRAUMA - Crushing invasion
- Overcontrol by mother
- Forced feeding and evacuation
- Humiliated/shamed about bodily processes
PROBABLE PAST LIVES - Controlled, trapped, not allowed to express
   self
- Suffered imprisonment, slavery, political or
  religious control
- Had to submit
MAIN ISSUE

- Being invaded or controlled which results in
  humiliation.
- Essence "stolen". Often the child's first creative
attempts at self-expression were thwarted; as
when the parent finishes sentences for the
  stuttering child.

DEFENSIVE ACTIONS - Essence hidden and protected deep inside, not
shown to others. The unique essence of the
child retreats deep inside the body.
- Builds massive physical fortress to keep out
   invaders
- Auric boundaries undeveloped -- porous
- Afraid to act on own, stays hidden or seeks
   permission to come out
SELF-NEGATION PROCESS I am yours
